The leaders of the 2025 reunion want to encourage you to make your room reservations for the reunion right away. Why would you want to do that? The reunion is over 6 months away. There are two very good reasons:
First, you will be supporting the family. Our total financial commitment to PostOak for the 2025 event is just over $14,000 (assuming the same number attendees as 2023). This includes the cost of your rooms as well as all other expenses associated with the reunion. We are contracted to make a series of payments to cover all $14,000 before the reunion. By paying your rooms in advance, you will be ensuring that there will be plenty of money in the 2025 reunion fund to cover our obligations. Thank you for understanding.
Second, the earlier you pay, the more likely you will get the lodge and room(s) you want. Room assignments will be handled on a first come, first served basis based on paid reservations.
So, what are the room costs? Each room for the reunion, regardless of the number of people in the room, cost $170.00 per night or $340.00 for the two-night weekend.
So, how does one make a reservation? There are two steps:
Step #1: Review the Ronck Weber 2025 Family Reunion Room Assignment Chart (below) and based on room availability, determine your desired lodge and room number(s). This chart is updated regularly to reflect current status.
Step #2: Click on one of the following two links:
So which lodge and room is right for you? Here are the two options:
Lodge #1: This is where most family members want to stay. It has 18 rooms and a large area for congregating. Nine of these 18 rooms have already been reserved. This is where much of the family "socializing" will likely occur. You can explore Lodge #1 virtually using this link: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=tZSx3JdYZ7L. There are at least four ways to use the virtual program: (1) click where you want to go, (2) click and drag right or left to turn, (3) roll your mouse to go forward or backwards and (4) click the circle to go where it is. There are also instruction in the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Lodges #4 is still available: This 4-bedroom lodge is ideal for small families and family groups. The rooms are the same size it is just that there are fewer of them.
More details:
We are aware that life happens. If you pay in advance and for whatever reason are not able to attend, you will receive all of your money back. Scouts honor.
In addition to the room charges, there will be additional costs for the reunion such as breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings, the Saturday night German Fest, etc. However, to keep things simple, we will address these costs as we get closer to the reunion.
If you are only planning to attend Saturday and are not spending the night, we haven’t forgotten you. You will only be charged for the services you use. Look for more information on this as we get closer to the reunion.
As is always the case, if you have any questions, contact Keith Ronck at keith.ronck@gmail.com or 817-996-6766.

I have been informed that anyone can use the "Handicap Accessible" rooms. They only have wider doors and an extra railing in the bathroom.
